Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LensCoach AI ("LensCoach", "we", "us") is operated by In Q Bayt LLC. We provide real-time AI sales coaching delivered to wearable HUDs and a companion web dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name, work email, organization, role (admin / manager / rep). Provided by you or by Clerk during sign up.
• Meeting metadata — start/end time, participants, outcome, summary text. Generated by you or by the LensCoach mobile app during live coaching sessions.
• Transcripts and prompts — text of live transcripts, AI coaching prompts shown to the rep, and post-meeting summaries. Stored in our Supabase database. Audio is processed on-device and is not uploaded by default.
• Scripts — sales scripts you or your organization upload to the platform, including version history.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription IDs but never see card details.
• Operational logs — request IDs, error events, and rate limit counters. Sensitive values (tokens, API keys, body contents) are redacted before storage.

3. How we use it

• To deliver real-time coaching and post-meeting analysis.
• To authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
• To bill subscriptions and process customer support requests.
• To diagnose errors and improve reliability via aggregated, redacted telemetry.
• To improve our coaching models. We do not train external foundation models on your data. Your transcripts and prompts are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (see Subprocessors).

4. Subprocessors

We use the following providers to deliver the service:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Supabase — application database and Postgres hosting
• Vercel — web app hosting and edge delivery
• Stripe — billing and payment processing
• Anthropic and OpenAI — AI model inference for coaching prompts and summaries (no data retention beyond the request)
• Cloudflare — DNS and email routing

5. Data retention

Account and meeting data are retained for the life of the account plus 90 days after deletion. Operational logs are retained for 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements.

6. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing privacy@lenscoach.ai. For users in the EEA, UK, or California, additional rights apply under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, or object to processing.

7. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We enforce Row Level Security in our database so an organization's data is never visible to another organization. Production access is logged and limited to a small number of authorized engineers.

8. Children

LensCoach is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
