Terms of Service

Effective date: May 10, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of LensCoach AI (the "Service"), operated by In Q Bayt LLC. By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at security@lenscoach.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active customers. Existing paid terms are honored until renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record or process conversations where applicable consent has not been obtained from all participants.
• Use the Service to violate laws, infringe rights, or to harass, deceive, or harm others.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to extract our model weights or coaching prompts beyond your own organization's use.
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with the Service's integrity.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the scripts, transcripts, and meeting data you upload or generate. You grant LensCoach a limited license to host, process, and deliver this content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

6. AI output

Coaching prompts and summaries are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it in customer conversations or business decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced when feasible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other customers. On termination, your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LensCoach disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

Except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, or willful misconduct, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
